She’s a saint! She’s a sinner! She’s a sister in Sophia.
Mary Magdalene has been a central character, captivating people’s imaginations for millennia. She has taken on so many forms of feminine archetypes– both those in the light and in the shadows. She has been cast as both sinner and saint, whore and sacred partner, liberated woman and fallen repentant. But who is she really? And what’s her medicine for us today? What happens when we remove her from patriarchy’s clutches and relate to her as sister, friend, sovereign to herself, and powerful teacher in her own right? What are the energies we might tap into, and embody ourselves?
In celebration of her feast day, join us for a mini-retreat diving into her mystery, her magic and her mastery.
